It feels like a new training schedule, not what I’m used to. Dance Monday-Thursday have resulted in the absurd feeling of not owning a pair of legs, but two sore sticks. And it dosen’t help that every time I do a move in ballet class my calf contracts, preventing me from doing a single thing. And I am sore in muscles I didn’t even know existed. Well I do hope that magnesium-tablets will help, plus more training of course.
